Meet the Founders & Family
Tommy and Alisha Elmore, along with their children, are the heart behind the Elmore Family Foundation. Family is central to their lives, and the foundation reflects their commitment to nurturing, guiding, and uplifting young people and families in the community.
As a family, they enjoy spending time together, creating memories, and staying connected to the people and neighborhoods around them. Their experiences as parents and community members inspired the creation of the foundation, emphasizing mentorship, education, and opportunities for growth.
Through the foundation’s programs and outreach, the Elmore family brings values of care, encouragement, and service into every aspect of their work. Their vision is to create meaningful, lasting change - empowering youth, supporting families, and building stronger, healthier communities throughout Northeast Louisiana.
